How To Remove A MySQL Database  Print this Article

Hosting experts suggest that you must remove any instance of MySQL from the server which are not in use. You can however create any number of databases when and where need comes. Find below the steps to remove the database from the control panel.

  •     To access the MySQL Account Maintenance Menu, click on the icon above the words MySQL Databases on the main screen of your cPanel interface.
  •     Click on next to the name of the database you wish to delete.
