Disabling Comments in Drupal
1. From your admin panel, go to Administer -> Content Managment -> Content Types.
2. On this page you can either select Edit for Stories or Pages.
3. Under Comment Settings change the default comment setting to Disabled Select Save at the bottom when finished.
